PicoMaster Fresnel lens UV replication

Spatial Imaging's partner, XRD Nano, has just launched its latest seamless UV embossing / casting system for both shallow and deep structures. It is shown here replicating a 300mm diameter PicoMaster produced Fresnel 'ripple' lens and Fresnel 'bass relief' pattern on 12um PET at up to 200 metres per minute. The system can also cast holograms and lenses onto PVC shrink wrap film and paper.
