New and exciting software features for both the ATHOS Nano and the ATHOS Rapid mastering systems are coming in 2026.
Fresnel lens patterns will make a valuable addition for both security and packaging applications.

Complex, 3D computer generated holograms (CGHs) directly written from computer models. A technique which has only been available to users with very expensive e-beam systems in the past, can now be exploited using a light-based ATHOS mastering system. Sophisticated software accepts a standard 3D computer model as input, and outputs a high-resolution interference pattern that can be directly written in a truly seamless and tile-less manner by either an ATHOS Nano or an ATHOS Rapid system to recreate the 3D object.
