New higher resolutions for the PicoMaster

Raith Laser Systems can now offer three higher resolutions / smaller spot sizes for the PicoMaster range of single-beam DWL mastering systems. The PicoMaster is unique in that it can automatically select any one of three different resolutions or spot sizes under program control. These are now nominally 270nm, 500nm, and 700nm.
