The very latest UV recombining technology is now available for demonstration at XRD's headquarters on the Isle of Wight, in the UK. Any size of hologram, or any micro/nano structure, up to 200 x 200mm in size, can be recombined over an area of up to 1.1 x 1.6 m with a 5um accuracy, a rotating head, and fast LED curing. Proprietary resins are used which enable perfect replication of any structure. Custom systems are available in any size.
A 4 x 4 inch (100 x 100 mm), 2 - 4um deep Fresnel image of the United Kingdom's Royal Crest, recombined using the new UV recombiner.
